Event requests and room reservations should be placed as early as possible in advance. Normal approval time is five business days; however, large events may take as long as 30 days to approve in order to coordinate Parish Office staff and Cathedral facilities.
Every effort will be made to approve proposals as originally submitted; however, space reservations must be considered with regard to other parish events, pre-existing events, and unplanned events such as funerals.

Your Event/Room request will be visible on the Cathedral Calendar within two business days after submittal. Parish Office Staff will contact you only if they have questions regarding your request.
